Shipping Policy
Items are shipped International tracked or second class Royal Mail
Shipping times vary based on the carrier and our outside my control but items will be shipped according to the processing and shipping times for each item as specified in Etsy. Normally, 1-3 business days for ready-made items. 1-2 weeks for custom orders. This is subject to change at busy periods.
I don’t accept cancellations once orders have been shipped
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Check estimated delivery dates as it is not possible to cancel and order once it has been shipped; particularly International orders.
Return & Exchange Policy
I want you to love your item but the occasional mishap does occur so if you have any problems, please don’t hesitate to contact us so we can resolve it for you.
I gladly accept exchanges under the following circumstances
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery and agree reason for exchange
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Shipping costs to be covered by buyer.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders (this includes all made to order items and items with any variations)
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
